Hadley leads on due diligence of start-ups. Hadley is an experienced investment professional: her most recent role was leading the investing team at the Conduit EIS Impact Fund (a JV with Ascension Ventures until 2023), sourcing and executing 7–9 Seed to Series A impact investments per year (£250k–£400k) across climate, health, edtech, and financial inclusion. She also served as a Board Observer for MiAlgae, Thalamos, and RideTandem. Her broader experience includes roles at CAF Venturesome and Big Issue Invest, where she was interim Investment Director of the Growth Impact Fund in 2025. She began her career in leveraged finance at UBS Investment Bank in New York.
